Carbon Breaker - Usage Instructions
Carbon Breaker is a granular cleaning product that is superior for removing baked on carbon. No neutralization is required, just rinse with clean water. Use Carbon Breaker as an overnight soaker to release even the toughest encrusted carbon. The more it is used, the better it works. It also contains corrosion inhibitor. Carbon Breaker is safer than bleach to clean meat cutting boards.

Deep fryer boil out

Cleans bake-oven conveyors (i.e. pizza ovens)

Cleans baked on carbon from baking pans/trays

Cleans coffee makers and coffee carafes

Cleans meat cutting boards (safer than bleach)

Rinses clean with water
Directions for use:
Deep Fryer Boil Out: Dissolve 4-6 oz of Carbon Breaker in a bowl of warm water, then fill fryer to boil line with water and Carbon Breaker mix; bring to a boil for 15 minutes (Do Not Pressurize), light scrubbing may be needed around coils and fry line, then drain tank and rinse with clean water one time.
Refill with oil and prepare for use.
Coffee Carafe: Mix one tbsp with hot water until dissolved, then run through coffee/tea maker, run one more cycle with clean water to rinse.
Meat Cutting Boards: Sprinkle on wet cutting boards, lightly scrub to reach into knife scores, then rinse with clean water.
Bake Oven Conveyers: Remove conveyor and soak overnight in mixture of hot water and 6 oz of Carbon Breaker. Light scrubbing may be needed the first time, rinse with clean water and re-install.
Bake Trays/Pans: Dissolve 6 oz of Carbon Breaker in hot water (in 3 part sink, or soak tub), let soak over-night, then rinse with clean water. For heaviest build-up, soak for 5 consecutive nights, then at least once weekly, there after.
CAUTION: Eye irritant; in case of eye contact, flush with clean water for 7 minutes. If irritation persists, repeat and consult a physician.
